The ingredients needed to cook Bread Burfi:

  1. Provide 7-8 of Bread Slices.
  2. You need 2 of medium glass milk.
  3. Provide 1 bowl of fresh milk cream.
  4. You need 1/2 bowl of grated coconut.
  5. Provide 1/2 bowl of grind dry fruits.
  6. Use 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Desi Ghee.
  8. Provide To taste of sugar.
  9. Use 2-3 pinch of yellow food colour or any other colour(optional).
  10. Provide 2-3 tsp of sprinkles for decoration.

Instructions to make Bread Burfi:

  1. First,grind all bread slices & make bread crumbs after roughly cutting bread slices into mixer grinder..
  2. Now take a bowl & mix these bread crumbs with milk,so bread crumbs completely dip in milk & becomes somewhat soft.& take a non stick pan & heat it & add this mixture & cook it..
  3. When mixture becomes some thick, add malai to it & cook it..
  4. After some time add sugar,grated coconut & grind dry fruits to it & cook it by mixing all..
  5. Then add 2-3 pinch yellow food colour & cook it until it becomes thick..
  6. When it becomes thick,add 1 tsp desi ghee & cook again until,it leaves sides & forms a perfect smooth dough & finally add vanilla essence to it..
  7. Now trasfer it into pre - greased plate or mould & decorate with sprinkles.
  8. Set it for some time & cut into desired shape after some time.It is ready.
