  1. Get 1/2 of red onion finely chopped.

  1. Season meat w paprika, s&p, lemon zest..
  2. Put potatoes on to boil.
  3. Fry onion w garlic til soft. Add mushrooms and butter, sauté until golden. Remove from pan..
