The ingredients needed to make My Rice Pudding. 🤗:

  1. Take 2 Cups of Basmati Rice.
  2. Provide 2 of +1/2 of Full fat milk.
  3. Prepare 1 tbls of Vanilla extract.
  4. Get 2 tbls of Dark Brown Sugar.
  5. Provide 1/4 tsp of salt.
  6. Get 2 Cups of Sultanas.
  7. You need 2 tbls of Brown sugar.
  8. Provide 1 tsp of Rassberry jam for serving.

Instructions to make My Rice Pudding. 🤗:

  1. Add the Rice to an oven dish then the milk next the vanilla flavour and the raisins stir and put in the oven 180C for 1/2 hour..
  2. After Half hour take out and give it a stir. Then put back in the oven and turn heat up to 200C for 1/2 hour.3.
  3. After 1/2 hour bring it out it should be all dry now stir it and add another Pint of milk stir in. Add the Brown Sugar across the top and put it back in the oven for a further 1/2 Hour. It will be a bit thick at this stage you can serve it or if you want it more runny add another 1/2 pint of milk. And back in yhe oven for 10 minutes..
  4. To serve add to bowls and if you want add 1 tsp Jam to the middle..
  5. You can also at the end add 150mls Double cream mix it all in and leave to cool down leave in the oven turned off but cooling down..
