- Use 250 g of fresh strawberries (cut small).
- Prepare 265 g of granulated sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.

- Wash and cut strawberries up and add into saucepan....
- Mash them lightly with a masher, add sugar and stir up.. pop on medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Heat on a higher setting and cook with a rolling heat, stir every 30 seconds with a wooden spoon, (for a round 30 minutes).
- Take off heat (mix wont be thick as this will happen when cooled down).
- Leave to cool for around 1 hour... and transfer to a clean jar !!!.
