- Take maida mix (1) add the yeast mixture (2). Mix well. Add 1 cup warm milk little by little & knead the dough..
- (If the dough is sticky add 1 or 2 tbsp more maida and knead again. It will not be sticky any more). Do not add excess..
- When the dough is needed & is little dry add 1 tbsp oil. And knead again for few mins. Dough will become soft, smooth & non sticky..
- Keep it in air tight bowl in the kitchen for 2 hrs. Dough will rise up..
- In microsafe bowl add butter, oil, garlic, oregano, red chilli flakes, black pepper and salt. Heat it till the butter is melted. Garlic butter is ready. Keep aside..
- Grease the oven proof pan / tray with garlic butter..
- After 2 hrs knead the dough again for few min. Take small ball from the dough & roll into a log. Arrange in the greased pan & keep aside for 10 min..
- Pre heat oven to 200*C for 10 min. Pour garlic butter oil on the logs. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 min..
- Take it out of the oven and rub little garlic butter oil on top & serve warm with ketchup or dip..
- Tip ** add more maida 1 tbsp at a time if the dough is sticky..
