  1. Clean and wash quail, make slight cuts on the fleshy parts.
  2. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients except corn starch.
  3. Rub the masala on quail, apply more masala on the cut fleshy parts..
  4. Cover with cling film, and keep in the fridge overnight. Then before fry roll the quails in cornstarch and shallow fry 10 min in medium flame, (cover and fry) and then cook in low flame. check every 3min and turn. Cook until well done..
  5. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
