  1. Provide 100 grams of Spinach Leaves (Palak).
  2. You need 1 cup of Water.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of Curd.
  4. You need 1 of Green chilli.
  5. Take 1/2 tsp of Black Salt.
  6. Provide 1/2 inch of Mango Ginger.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of Cooking Oil.
  8. Use 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds.
  9. You need 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder.

Instructions to make Palak Raita | Spinach Raita:

  1. Boil water in a wok. Then add the spinach leaves. Let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes..
  2. After 3 to 4 minutes strain the spinach leaves and put them in the chilled water..
  3. Take a blending jar & add boiled spinach leaves, green chilli, black salt & mango Ginger. Blend them and then take aside..
  4. .
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and turmeric powder to the hot oil. Then switch off the flame. Add this Tadka (tempering) to the blending stuff. Mix it well..
  6. After mix, raita is ready to serve..
