  7. Now dip the chopped onion and bitter gourd. Mix well to coat all over..
  8. Heat oil for deep fry in a frying pan..
  9. Fry in batches until golden brown in medium flame..
  10. Drain on a kitchen towel or white sheet to absorb the excess oil..
  11. Transfer to a serving bowl,serve it hot..
