  1. 1/2 kg chicken in pan.
  2. Add carrot.
  3. Add onion.
  4. Add garlic and Ginger.
  5. Green coriander.
  6. Add 1:1/2 liter water.
  7. Boil it for half an hour.
  8. Remove the chicken in water.
  9. Remove the veggies and discard.
  10. Heat the oil.
  11. Add garlic and Ginger soty.
  12. Add carrot one minute soty.
  13. Add spring onion and cabbage.
  14. Mix very well.
  15. Add mashroom and chicken.
  16. Then add chicken stock and black pepper.
  17. Add sugar and salt.
  18. Add soya suace and vinegar.
  19. Hot sauce.
  20. Mix and boiled.
  21. Then add egg.
  22. Add cron flour and boil 3 min.
  23. Soup are ready to eat serve hot.
