  1. Place water and oil in bread maker pan, pour over flour, make sure liquid is covered..
  2. Sprinkle over mixed spice & milk powder. Place sugar, salt and yeast in separate corners of pan..

  4. When machine beeps add sultanas (approximately 40 minutes).
  5. When loaf is cooked remove from pan, place right side up on wire rack, whilst still hot brush crust with honey. (Don't forget to remove mixer blade !).

  7. You can substitute raisins or mixed dried fruit for sultanas..
  8. Expriment with spices, ground nutmeg, cinammon & mixed spice, vary quantities to total 2 1/2 tsp..
