The ingredients needed to prepare Egg Fried Rice:

  1. Get 300 gram of Cooked Thai jasmine rice.
  2. Take 2 clove of Garlic-peeled and finely chopped.
  3. Take 1-2 of Spring onion-finely sliced.
  4. Get 1 of Egg.
  5. Get 2 tbs of Rapeseed oil.
  6. You need 2/3 tbs of Fish sauce.
  7. Prepare 2/3 tbs of Oyster sauce.
  8. Use 1/4 tsp of Lemon juice.
  9. Use 1 pinch of Salt and pepper.
  10. Use 1 pinch of Paprika powder (optional).

Instructions to make Egg Fried Rice:

  1. Crack and beat the egg into a small bowl then set aside..
  2. Heat the oil in the frying pan, then add the garlic and cook until the garlic turn slightly golden in colour..
  3. Add Thai jasmine rice, fish sauce, oyster sauce and stir until all ingredients combined..
  4. Push the fried rice to the side of the pan. So you will have a space to cook the egg..
  5. Add a little oil in that space, and in goes the beaten egg. Leave until the egg is slightly cooked. Then stir the rice and egg together..
  6. Put a pinch of salt, pepper, lemon juice and spring onion and stir. Transfer this lovely fried rice into the serving dish, sprinkle with a little paprika powder (optional) and serve this simple egg-fried rice immediately..
