- Get 1 cup of Lobia beans.
- Provide 2-3 of green chillies.
- Get 1 inch of ginger.
- Use 1 of onion.
- Take 6-7 of curry leaves.

- Soak lobiya for 6-7 hours..
- Drain water, in a mixie jar add chillies salt, cummin seeds and ginger and grind into coarsely paste.
- Now add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and pinch cooking soda.
- Mix well, give 5-10 mins rest.
- Take small ball gently press with your palm and drop into medium hot oil.
- Fry till golden brown..
