  14. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Asafetida.
  15. Use 1 tsp of Mustard seed.
  16. Provide 1 cup of Water.

Steps to make Avial:

  1. Keep all ingredients ready. Cook the vegitables in cooker by adding one half cup of water..
  2. Grinde coconut, coriander leaves, ginger and green chillis in mixer with half cup of water..
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a pan, season it with musterd, asafetida. Add cooked vegitables saute well. Add grinded coconut coriander mix, curd, salt and rermeric (optional). Mix well on sim heat turn off heat. #AVIAL is ready to serve..
  4. Transe Avial to a serving tray/bowl..
