- Use 2 of boiled potatoes.

- Add tomatoes and green chilli in the pan and cook till the tomatoes turn soft..
- Heat oil in a pan again..
- As the oil heats up take a bread and chop off the sides..
- Take some water and make the bread wet a little bit and put a little bit of potato subzi on the bread and roll it..
- Then after the oil heats up properly put the rolls for frying. Fry till golden brown..
- Serve it hot with the sauce of your choice..
