In a pan put oil heat it then add hing jeera then add green chilli, ginger garlic pasteand potato and FRI for 2 minutes then add mogri fry for 2 minutes and add all dry masala and fry for 1 minute then add tomato and and add some water cover and cook for 5 minutes and add amchur powder and FRI for 2 minutes and off the flame....
