  8. Then add potatoes, yam and elephant's foot dices, mix well and cook for 2-4 minutes more..
  9. Add brinjal and cook for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, add cauliflower florets, add salt,mix well and cook for 4 minutes more..
  10. At the time of serving,add muthiya, garnish with coriander and serve hot..
