  1. You need 1 of trout fillet per person.
  2. Provide of Olive oil.
  3. You need of Salt.
  4. Use of Lemon.
  5. Prepare of Salad of your choice.

Instructions to make Rainbow trout salad:

  1. Add fillets to a hot pan with a little oil.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil and a lid. Cook for 3 mins then turn off and leave to cook.
  3. After about 5-6 mins they should be nice and pink. Leave to cool.
  4. Using a fillet knife to help, remove the flesh, checking carefully for bones. Put in a bowl.
  5. In a good processor, whizz up a good amount of oil, parsley and juice of a lemon. Add to trout and leave in fridge until ready to serve.
