- In a plate pour the chaana dal mixture, boiled Quinoa, salt to taste, chopped chilli, chopped onion, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, grated ginger, paneer and grated patato, mix well. Then divide into 16 portions and make balls, flatten it..
- On a plate spread the semolina and wheat flour and mix together cover and coat all the flatten balls.Then heat oil in a pan shallow fry both sides of the patties..
