Every person knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a nutritious and balanced diet and get a proper level of exercise. The sad thing is that, at the end of the day, we don't always have the time or energy required for a healthy lifestyle. Working out at the gym isn't something people make time for when they get off from work. People crave sweets and salts, not veggies (unless they are vegetarians). The good news is that making wise decisions doesn’t have to be a chore. With training you can get all of the nutrients and the exercise that you need. Here are some ideas to be as healthy as possible.

Go up the stairs. Rather than using an elevator, climb up the stairs to the floor you live or work on. This isn't as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, making use of the stairs is a great way to get some extra exercise. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors early and walk the rest of the way? Most people will choose to be lazy and take an elevator instead of choosing exercise on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

There are a lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done each day, can do plenty to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart about the choices you make each day is a start. Looking to get in as much physical activity as possible is another. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about slimming down. It’s about making your body as strong as it can be.

  9. If you are using the marzipan, roll it about little finger width size into a sausage shape that is almost as long as the oval shape and lay it onto the dough about two thirds up . Now roll the smaller top over the marzipan and fold onto the Lower part. Make sure the marzipan is folded in well or it may run .The loaf should be a little thicker at one end as it is meant to resemble a sleeping baby. Slightly curve the loaf . Carefully move onto your flat baking tray..
