  2. Provide 1 kg of mutton.
  3. Take 4 tbsp of red chilli powder.

  1. Take a pressure cooker and add paye in it along with a lot of water.
  2. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder some salt and cook paye for 45 minutes.
  3. After that put all the yakhni and paye in another vessel and keep a side.
  4. After that take a cooker and add ghee or oil..
  5. Add black cumin seeds and sautay.
  6. Sliced onions nicely and add into heated oil with cumin seeds.
  7. Fry onions till light brown.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste and sautay.
  9. Add Mutton and fry till golden brown.
  10. Add all dry spices and mix well. Til oil seperated.
  11. Now add paye and yakhni into cooker and cook with meat again till meat become tender.
  12. Now add flour in water to make thick slurry and add into paye and meat. Cook on high flame.
  13. Don't add all the slurry together, add slowly and gradually.
  14. When gravy becomes thick cover the lid and cook for 15-20 more minutes on low flame.
  15. After that turn off heat and dish out. Serve with Naan.
