The ingredients needed to make Truffle Custured:

  1. You need 1/2 ltr of milk.
  2. Get 1 tbsp of Custured.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of sugar.
  4. Get 1/2 tsp of cardomom powder.
  5. Take 1 bowl of mixed chopped fresh fruits.
  6. Provide 1 cup of sponge cake crumbs.

Instructions to make Truffle Custured:

  1. In a heavy bottom pan pour milk from it take out 1/2 cup milk remaining keep on flame to boil.
  2. In half cup milk add Custured powder and mix it well.
  3. In boiling milk add sugar and cardamom powder add custard mix and stir continuously so there shouldn't be any lump and it should not stick on the bottom of the pan.
  4. When become thick in consistency switch off the flame let it cool and refregerate it to cool for 2/3 hours.
  5. While serving arrange in layers in marteny glass first at the bottom spong cake than Custured than fruits than Custured than fruits I have marshmallows so I have arranged it too serve it chiiled.
  6. If you don't have sponge cake no problem just mix all the fruits of your choice in Custured and mix well you can add walnuts or any dry fruits fresh fruit of your choice remember it should be chilled you can kee it in the deep fridger for 20 minutes.
