  3. Rub enough red oil inside the pot.. use your spinach leaf to wrap the water yam..(little by little) put into a pot.
  4. Pour in your cooked snail,fish and periwinkle into the wrapped water yam...
  5. Add hot water to the level of the pot contents..add your palm oil and cook for 5min.. your ekpang is ready.
