The ingredients needed to make Raita:
- You need 1 cup of sour yogurt.
- Use 1 of small cucumber.
- Get 1 tablespoon of finely chopped mint leaves.
- You need 2 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of salt/rock salt.
- Take 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
- Prepare Pinch of red chilli powder to add little colour.
Steps to make Raita:
- Dilute the yogurt little bit with cold water then in a bowl take yogurt & add grated cucumbers,chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves then incorporate everything together..
- Now add roasted/normal cumin powder then add pepper powder & finally add the pepper powder & mix everything together..
- Add salt & pinch of red chilli powder before you are serving it. Store it in the refrigerator & serve chilled..
