  1. Use 3 of Bread slices.
  2. Get 2 of boiled and mashed potatoes.
  3. Get 1 of green chilli chopped.
  4. Take 1/2 of onion chopped.
  5. You need 1/4 cup of less than corn.
  6. Provide to taste of red chilli powder.
  7. Use to taste of salt.
  8. Get 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
  9. Provide 1 pinch of haldi powder.
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp of jeera.
  11. Use As required of Water.
  12. You need As Required of oil to fry.

Steps to make Bread rolls:

  1. In a bowl add potatoes, red chilli powder, salt, green chilli, onion, corn and chaat masala. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl add some water and salt. Dip 1 bread slice and immediately squeeze out the excess water with light hands. Place the mixed masala in centre.
  3. Make a ball out of it. You can shape it cylinder also but I find making ball easy..
  4. Heat some oil to fry..
  5. Fry till golden brown. And they are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
  6. Notes: I have used brown bread you can use any bread you like.
