The ingredients needed to prepare Cardamom & Pistachio Cookies:

  1. Take 150 gms of Ghee/Butter(Soft) -.
  2. You need 70 gms of - Castor Sugar.
  3. You need 25 gms of - Cornflour.
  4. Use 230 gms of - Maida.
  5. Provide 1 tsp of - Cardamom Powder.
  6. Use of Crushed Pistachios.

Steps to make Cardamom & Pistachio Cookies:

  1. Add the butter/ghee & sugar in a bowl and mix it properly..
  2. Then add to it cornflour, maida, Cardamom pwd & half of the pistachios to it. Make a dough.Keep it in the fridge for around 10-15mins..
  3. Take out the dough, roll it and cut it with cookie cutter or in desired shape. Repeat with the remaining dough..
  4. Place them in a baking tray and bake it at 160°C for 20-25mins. Take it out and let them cool in the tray itself..
  5. Melt chocolate and dip half of the cookie in it and sprinkle some crushed pistachio over it😊.
