- Take 4 of medium sized potatoes.
- Take 4 of large eggs.
- Provide of Sliced onions & scotch bonnet.
- Provide 2 tablespoons of flour.
- Prepare of Seasoning.
- You need 8-9 slices of bread.
- Prepare of Oil for frying.
Instructions to make Potato bread rolls:
- Boil potatoes until soft.
- While the potatoes boil, break 2 eggs, add sliced onions and scotch bonnet and make well seasoned scrambled eggs with them.
- Cut out the brown sides of breads then use a rolling pin to smoothen them out. Sprinkle very little amount of water on them and keep aside.
