The ingredients needed to cook Pulihora:

  1. Provide 1 bowl of Rice.
  2. Take 3 spoons of tamarind pulp.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of chana dal.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of chana dal.
  5. Get 1 tsp of jeera.
  6. You need 1 tsp of raee.
  7. Use 1 tsp of haldi.
  8. Use pinch of sugar.
  9. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  10. Get 3 tbsp of oil.
  11. You need of hand ful groundnuts.
  12. Provide pinch of hing.
  13. Take 5-6 of curry patta.
  14. Get of small piece of grated ginger.
  15. Get 4 of slited chillies.

Instructions to make Pulihora:

  1. Put some oil in a kadhaee. add hing, jeera, sarso, mustard seeds, urad and chana dal,chillies, grated ginger,ground nuts and currypatta.
  2. Add haldi and tamarind pulp.
  3. Grind 2tbsptil.
  4. Add sugar and salt. turn off the gas add rice.
  5. Add the til powder.
  6. Mix well. done.
