  1. Take 40 g of Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter.
  2. Take 50 g of Coconut oil.
  3. Provide 40 g of Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have).
  4. Take 150 g of Nuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin).
  5. You need 250 g of Jumbo oats.
  6. You need 100 g of Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat...).

Instructions to make Gingerbread Granola:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan..
  2. Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid..
  3. Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray..
  4. Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine..
  5. Bake for around 40 minutes, turning halfway....
