  1. Use 6 of Dried Chamomile tea flowers.
  2. Prepare 5 of Dried Chicory root.
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Fennel seeds.
  4. You need of Fresh Ginger root.
  5. Provide stick of Cinnamon.

Steps to make Herbal tea:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes..
  2. Strain and drink warm but with the cinnamon thrown into the glass or jar. I always chew up the cinnamon, so feel free to do same..
